Flat Roof Replacement with New OSB Boards, Fascias and Gutters

M&J Roofing recently completed a full flat roof replacement on a residential property, transforming a badly deteriorated roof into a strong, weatherproof system. The existing roof had suffered significant water damage, with rotten decking and failed coverings that required a complete strip-back before any new installation could begin.

The work was carried out by our experienced roofers in Merthyr Tydfil, ensuring the project was completed safely and to a high standard from start to finish.

After removing the old roof, we installed new OSB boards to create a solid, reliable base. A new flat roofing system was then fitted, designed to provide long-term durability and protection against the elements. All work was completed in line with our trusted flat roofing services.

As part of the project, we also fitted new uPVC fascias and guttering, improving both the appearance of the property and the effectiveness of rainwater drainage.

Due to the condition of the original roof, extra care was taken during the strip-out process to remove all damaged materials safely. Once the new system was in place, the site was fully cleared and a final inspection carried out to ensure everything met our usual standards.
